3. Booking & Payments

  • All course bookings must be made through our official website or over the phone with an authorised representative.

  • Payment may be made in full at the time of booking or via an agreed finance option.

  • Once payment is received, confirmation of your course booking will be sent via email.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cooling-off period: If you cancel within 14 days of booking (and before any training has commenced), you are entitled to a full refund.

  • After 14 days: Refunds are not guaranteed. At our discretion, partial refunds may be considered if no training has been scheduled.

  • Non-refundable items: Medicals, theory tests, and other third-party fees already paid on your behalf cannot be refunded.

  • Course cancellations by providers: If your chosen training provider cancels your course, we will work to reschedule you at no extra cost. If no suitable alternative is available, you will be entitled to a refund of training fees paid (excluding third-party costs).

  • Failure to attend: If you fail to attend your course without giving notice, no refund will be issued.

  • We are not liable for any loss of earnings, employment opportunities, or additional expenses incurred as a result of training delays or failures.
